Today I would like to introduce you to Beyoux Boutique. As most of you may have noticed by now I am a massive accessories fan and I own an embarrassingly large collection of jewellery, scarves and handbags! In fact, just the other day my boyfriend Rory pointed to a large wicker basket in the corner of our bedroom and asked me in disbelief ” Is that huge basket over there just used entirely for your scarves”? !!! Yes, I think I do have an accessory obsession! Most of my friends will agree with this, I am the go-to girl if you need a necklace or handbag for any occasion, of course!
Yes, I have always appreciated the ability that accessories have to transform or complete an outfit. I have always felt that accessories just add those finishing touches to a look. I love how you can dress up a plain black dress by simply adding an interesting statement necklace. I also love how adding the right scarf can instantly add a splash of colour to even the simplest of outfits. The more unique or quirkier the better in my eyes. Yip, as you can tell, I do love my accessories!! This year I was on Darren Kenney’s RTE show called ‘Trend Tackler’ where I was part of a fashion panel who discussed accessories and how important they can be in completing or adding to a look. I loved taking part in this show and talking about accessories couldn’t have been more up my street! You can see some photo’s of this here and here.
So as you can imagine when Ally, co-owner of Beyoux Boutique got in touch to introduce me to their brand new boutique I couldn’t have been more excited! Then when I went onto their online store to have a peak at the collections my eyes literally lit up with excitement and I was even more excited to learn that they stock amazing Irish Designers such as the amazing Blaithin Ennis, Mairead de Blaca and Rita Daly.
A little more about Beyoux Boutique…
Owners and directors Ally and Orla are both extremely passionate about fashion and style, they are not necessarily concerned with what is on trend but with what makes people look good and feel special. As friends, Orla and Ally would regularly go on day trips together shopping to find that something a little bit different and as close friends they decided that they could build on this idea and bring that something a little bit different to others. We all love ordering online and waiting in anticipation for the package to come in the post. It is like a present from me to me!! The stylish duo started their research last October and set up their company in a small capacity. Since then they have evolved ten times over, creating their very own website and launching it in April. They know who they are and how they want this to go forward. These ladies enjoy the research of finding the special pieces to pass onto their lovely customer.
“We have the amazing Blaithin Ennis and Mairead de Blaca who we work closely with and are amazing Irish designers with the most beautiful and inspiring pieces. We also have Rita Daly who is a millinery from Tullamore Co Offaly who creates the cutest and most quirky headpieces, something you won’t find in any shop” said Ally
Orla and Ally went over to the London fashion expo in August and found some amazing designesr from England, Barcelona and Romania. With Beyoux all about been quirky different and feeling special they are always on the look out for new and exciting pieces to add to their collection. Find them on Facebook here to keep up to date with the newest additions to their collections.
Below is a closer look at my new fringed handbag and printed fox scarf from Beyoux boutique. I have styled both with my new camal coat from Mc Elhinney’s which I featured in a recent post all about winter coats, catch up on it here if you missed it. I have to say I absolutely adore this handbag, it couldn’t be more my style. I am loving anything and everything fringed. I think the little fox print on the grey scarf is really cute and quirky and it’s a bit of fun. You can buy my fox print scarf here and the fringed handbag here and in black here.
